The Role
The HNW Private Client Junior Account Manager will be working directly with Account Executives, Account Managers and Company Insurance Underwriters and will be responsible for maintaining an accurate Broker Management System database as well as collaborating with the Account Manager and Account Executive on client insurance portfolios to ensure exemplary customer service to all internal and external clients.
Essential Functions
- Play an important role in renewals process, which involves the timely and efficient preparation of the annual renewal review and delivery of renewal packages either electronically or via mail, including but not limited to
- Review for accuracy and coverage opportunities
- Prepare physical or electronic renewal package
- Prepare required summaries, binders, and slips as required.
- Review all incoming electronic and/or documents for accuracy, including new business, endorsements or renewals
- Provide alternate quotes for deductibles and coverages.
- Prepare submissions worksheets when requested by Account Managers or Account Executives to market files
- Prepare New Business Welcome packages to insureds.
- Maintain timely follow-up on all Company or internal follow up using EPIC
- Correspond with Account Managers, Account Executives or other internal partners in a professional and concise manner via all communication mediums
- Correspond with External Insurer partners in a professional and concise manner via all communication mediums
- Support the Account Managers in dealing directly with the customer as required
- Process and Manage receipt of policy endorsements and occasionally new business via company portals with attention to detail
- Manage invoicing and Broker Management system keying for non-automatic download policies and agency bill files
- Maintain accurate, complete and concise files within our broker management system
- Make required payment reminders and follow-up calls to assist our insureds and manage brokerage receivables

Skills and Qualifications
- Education – Post-secondary degree preferred
- Languages – English is required, and the ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
- License & Certification – RIBO license required. CAIB, CIP & CRM would be considered an asset.
- Industry Experience – Minimum two years of industry experience. Experience with HNW insurers
- Computer Skills – Proficiency in Epic, advanced MS Office & Excel skills.
- Other Technical Skills – Proficiency with insurer company portals
