The Role
The Account Administrator will be working with the Aviation Team and be responsible for providing support, such as preparing renewals and administrating the hangar program. The AA will also be tasked with providing unrivalled customer service to all internal and external clients.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and send out renewal notices for private aviation customers and COPA Program members ensuring accuracy
- Prepare premium financing quotes & contracts
- Send out policy documents, endorsements, cheques, and all other corresponding documentation, as required
- Run expiry reports and meet with the department manager monthly to update
- Support in the management of collecting, preparing, and posting outgoing mail/courier
Additional Duties
- Actively participate in continued learning programs or training
- Back up Account Managers on vacation or other absences
- Assist with other miscellaneous administrative duties, as required
- Perform other specific duties or projects when assigned
- Back-up for Office Reception during vacations & sick days (i.e. incoming & outgoing mail & courier

Skills and Qualifications
- Education – University degree preferred.
- Languages – English is required, and the ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
- License & Certification – RIBO license required. CAIB, CIP & CRM would be considered an asset.
- Industry Experience – Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- Computer Skills – Proficiency in Epic, advanced MS Office & Excel skills.
- Other Technical Skills – Working experience of Compuquote & Company Portals is a definite asset.
