  • eCheck and Online Banking payments will be withdrawn from your account within 1 business day
  • Payments will appear as SPL*MAGNESGROUP on your banking and/or credit card statement.

SimplePin will be undergoing maintenance, making our service unavailable for up to 24 hours. In an attempt to have the least possible impact on you, we will be initiating this in the afternoon on 12/24 at around 3:00 PM EST and should be fully complete at the latest by 3:00 PM EST on 12/25. Why did my payment fail?

There are a number of reasons why a bank or a credit card company can reject a payment. The error message that you see on SimplePin should be descriptive, but you can contact us for more information.

SimplePin defaults to save your last payment method which is stored securely but you can request to have it removed.

Can I sign up for autopay for the next time I get an invoice?
